The totally flexible timeBank system provides you with absolute control as days of time can be pruchased on a 'pay as you go' basis. Each call to the appiChar helpdesk is recorded in the timeBank system and you can view this in real time.   

The timeBank system works well supporting staff at all levels from the highly technical through to the inexperienced user. Even if you already have a dedicated IT team and require support on an ad-hoc basis, you only ever buy the amount of support you need.

One-off purchase

A number of days are purchased up front and then used as required. We alert you when you're running low so you can top up.

Recurring monthly purchase

Delivered in the same way as the one-off purchase. However. depending on the size and complexity of your requirements, you may prefer to set a monthly allocation of time which will be invoiced quarterly in advance.
