As per usual...Adam is back to me within minutes and fixes stuff with the best attention to detail. I get great service, easy to understand conversations, good directions and most of all I feel like my issue is important to him.
Last year, our helpdesk logged nearly 18,000 support issues. After each issue our customers were asked if they were happy or not - we care about their feedback so much we even bribe them with chocolates every month to encourage them to tell us.
In 12 months and almost 18,000 issues only 13 times have our customers felt the need to tell us their issue wasn't dealt with the way they wanted - that's less than one in 1000!
That’s still 13 times too many in our book so next year we’re aiming for none.
