  • Never supply anything unless we firmly believe it is right for the job in hand. We will never supply anything just to suit out own purposed or targets
  • Guarantee that when we supply any piece of equipment or software and have been asked to help with a specification that we will take full responsibility for making sure it is fit for purpose and in working order 
  • Respond to you within a one working hour response time where required
  • Be on-site for critical issues in a four working hour response time
  • Be on-site next day for critical printer issues
