appiChar announces its UK managed IT service business to be acquired by Cloud 9

APPICHAR ANNOUNCES ITS UK MANAGED IT SERVICE
BUSINESS TO BE ACQUIRED BY CLOUD 9.

appiChar, the leading provider of technology services to not-for-profit sector today announced that Cloud 9, a specialist Cloud IT solutions provider based in North Oxfordshire, has acquired the Managed IT Services Business of appiChar UK.  The transaction will see Cloud 9 triple its existing customer base and secure jobs at both its sites in London and Banbury.
