If you have not already made contact with a representative
from appiChar, please call now on the support number :-

If you have, please select the representative from the drop
down list box below and click on 'Click Here!'.
You will then be asked to accept the installation of the
remote support agent - please accept and then follow the prompts until you
are sharing the screen.
When the session is complete, the remote support software
will be automatically removed from your PC for security reasons so that you
can only share access when you specifically give permission.
